Our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice helps financial sponsors, private capital enterprises and multinational corporations proactively address challenges by bringing globally connected services to all tax aspects of their business and investment models, corporate structure, treasury management and overall tax and transaction strategy. Within ITTS, our growing Transfer Pricing competency is currently looking for a Senior Consultant.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and client focused approach
- Deliver on complex transfer pricing questions (e.g. M&A, tax audits, MAPs, IP migration, business restructuring, etc.)
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients
- Identify opportunities to involve other technical disciplines to expand the scope and value of services delivered
- Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training our people
- Involvement in the management of team operations through managing junior staff development and assignments
Skills and attributes for success
- 3 years of international tax experience, thereof 2 years in transfer pricing, preferably with an advisory firm
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, valuations, accounting and finance
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Master’s degree
- A plus: CFA, STEX, CPA, LLM or PhD
- Full working proficiency in English. German or French are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and transfer pricing databases (Amadeus, Loan Connector, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.)
