Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management and development/implementation experience with ServiceNow. In this role you will take over a variety of tasks.
You will:

Implement identity and access management controls, concepts, and practices in alignment with corporate goals and directives for LGT Capital Partners;

Provide administration, operational support, and service delivery for Clear Skye, the firm's IGA solution built on ServiceNow;

Develop and implement new functionalities in Clear Skye, including integrations with business applications using Web services (REST, SOAP), and PowerShell as applicable;

Maintain existing integrations, including catalog items review/enhancements, custom flows, enterprise application connector capabilities, user access reviews, etc.;

Support security and compliance (e.g., ISMS, GDPR, Regulatory) initiatives to increase security posture;

Collaborate closely with key IAM stakeholders, including HR, IT Operations, Application Management, Data Owners, IT Security, and IT GRC, to define and implement processes that meet Organizational needs and are efficiently supported by technology;

Manage and update system configurations, design and document processes, operating procedures, and maintain comprehensive process documentation;

Work on IAM related audit matters (ISAE-3402, Regulatory Audit, Internal Audit), including management of audit response and implementation of recommendations and remediation tasks.
Requirements

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or relevant fields with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management;

Hands-on development experience with any Enterprise IAM/IGA product and ServiceNow (experience with Clear Skye would be an advantage);

Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, password management, Role Based Access Control, etc.;

Familiarity with IAM standards and concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Identity federation, Single Sign-on, Zero Trust, enterprise directory architecture (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID);

Familiarity/Experience with Privilege Access Management and Consumer Identity and Access Management concepts (and products);

Expertise in programming and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline IAM processes;

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with independent, highly structured, and goal-oriented working style;

Effective communication skills (English must; German would be an advantage);

Experience in dealing with different stakeholders (business and technical);

Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.
