As part of our dynamic team, you will provide insightful comments on pivotal financial stories, prepare detailed reports, and analyze hidden trends in our financial results, especially during critical “Financial Close Reporting” periods. What you will do

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources

Understand strategical Group reporting needs during Close and lead the development of a purposeful reporting landscape

Lead the Group story on Close and show complete domain of facts. Guarantee insightful comments on Group financial story

Develop understanding of different business segments to add more content to the comments and properly reflect inputs from country story into final GPPM decks

Observe Group financial development, look for hidden trends and better ways of addressing analysis needs and lead deep dive analysis
What you bring

Bachelor's degree in finance or in a related field

At least 5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role

Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions

Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project requirements are understood and implemented

Understanding of the insurance industry. Ability to read an insurance P&L under IFRS 17 standards is a must

Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements

Great domain of data analysis tools (mainly excel), and excellent domain of power point presentational skills. Financial modelling abilities is nice to have
