About the role
Internship: 12 months duration
Location: Baar, Switzerland
Support the Regional President, Head of Operations and European Leadership Team.
You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responsible for generating strategic insights on market research and business analytics. You will also support and contribute to projects, various strategic business activities, and manage administrative tasks as per business need, to ensure operational efficiency. You will take ownership on certain business related Projects and be a trusted partner for ICOE Center for region related topics in accordance with local SOPs.
What you'll do
EXECUTIVE AND STRATEGIC SUPPORT
- Performance Monitoring: Responsible for suggesting and supporting the generation and reporting of performance indicators as well as briefing materials to the European President and his team.
- Decision Support: Provide analysis to the European President, Head of Operations and team on inquiries, key decisions or initiatives, drawing on data and insights gathered cross functionally to inform strategic direction. Take actions based on executive feedback.
- Executive inquiries: Working on the everyday action items, that allow executive team members to focus on their priorities, such as working cross functionally and serving as a liaison between department leaders on project coordination, business administration and initiatives.
- Communication Liaison: Assist the European President and Presidents Office with scheduling to optimize his limited time. Supporting in the organization of logistics, meetings, and emails. Support the communication flow between the president’s office and the other European departments.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support alignment of priorities, share information, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Region and ICOE.
- Operational Oversight: Support the head of operations in management and coordination of daily operational activities to ensure they align with both the organizational and department goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Develop proposals and build cross functional relationships to support efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
- Individual Projects: Own and Manage Projects independently or under the supervision of Head of Business Operations
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Project Delivery: Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress. Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish proposals for key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement and support the implementation.
- Project assessment and facilitation: Contribute to or execute new European initiatives or special projects. Facilitate and oversee initiatives to completion.
- Meeting Management: Supporting and driving meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination. Keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as business management, finance, economics, marketing or scientific discipline or similar areas.
- Strong academic achievements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your drive and skillset
- Professional fluency in English, and additional languages are considered a plus
