Job Description

主要职责

• 通过数据分析对公司运营管理体系、业务流程及区域团队业务表现进行诊断，提供改进优化方案并跟踪呈现改进效果；
• 定期对分析结果及洞见进行可视化呈现，对相关团队进行沟通并指导其工作；
• 建立数据分析模型，通过运营数据分析，向管理层提供有效的备选解决方案，并推动改善和优化；
• 各部门之间的沟通协调，其中包括和IT对接系统搭建，和SFE、财务等确认业绩表现。

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学等相关专业

相关领域工作经验

• 2年以上医药行业数据分析和数据洞察等相关经验，SFE工作经验优先

专业知识与技能

• 对数字敏感，擅长Excel，PPT技能，良好的语言表达能力及团队合作意识，熟练的英语书写及表达
