We are looking for a P&C Leader at IKEA Food supporting our transformation end-to-end, who is ready to enable our business and people to continue to drive growth, positioning and low cost for IKEA. We’ve set out to transform our food business across the IKEA value chain and organisations and really take it from an outside in perspective – what does good look like – and we are now expanding our leadership team.

As P&C Leader you will be working closely together with the IKEA Food Manager to secure a strong IKEA culture and our ways of lead, work and organise. The assignment stretches across the IKEA value chain, so you’ll be collaborating with a multitude of internal stakeholders. In parallel, you’ll support the food management team in a P&C Leader capacity.
Qualification
To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive experience as well as passion for leading change management. You have strong leadership capabilities, and are at your best leading in a high-paced and unpredictable environment. You are guided by the IKEA values, and work with the understanding that people first mindset is a necessity to run our business, and that the combination is the most important factor for success.
You have:

Several years of experience in leading business and people

Great communication and change management skills

Preferably good understanding of the IKEA Value chain and the IKEA strategic landscape and business ambitions

Holistic approach, growth mindset, passion about people development
You enjoy creating meaningful change through people, and you dare to challenge old truths. You easily navigate between strategical and operational, and build trust in an authentic way across stakeholder groups. Furthermore, you have a high professional integrity and an ability to plan and handle multiple topics and changing priorities and deadlines, realising that plans are important but it’s the planning that is the factor to success.

The position is full-time and placed in Älmhult. We believe that your presence with the team and working majority of the time in the workplace is important.
