You are responsible for further strengthening SWISS as a top employer. Together with your team, you are the architect of creating a flexible, collaborative, and sustainably healthy work environment in which people enjoy giving their best.
- Design HR strategies that foster our SWISS Spirit, aligned with the goals of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group
- Create a compelling employee experience for all personnel groups, whether digital or in person
- Ensure future-oriented, healthy and competitive working conditions. This includes e.g. compensation & benefit packages or development strategies.
- Steer labour relations strategies together with the line managers
- Support our leaders in their roles
- Ensure labour laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards while developing progressive HR policies that balance organizational needs with employee rights
- Lead your team of about 100 HR professionals and foster their growth
- Drive your organization to continuously become more data driven and improve process efficiency and automation

- A solid educational background in HR, business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Swiss workplace context and labor market is beneficial
- Good understanding of all key HR processes
- Experience in complex labor relations is beneficial
- Proven experience in leading and developing large teams, with a strong ability to inspire
- Thriving in a fast-paced, versatile, and changing environment
- A strong team player who can also assert themselves when necessary
- Skilled at handling complex priorities with agility and discernment
- Used to working and navigating within a corporate setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all levels and stakeholder groups
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
