Tasks
- Create tailored dashboards and reports based on requests.
- Ensure data quality of the CMDB and implement workflows.
- Conduct end-user training and support Swiss requirements.
Skills
- Degree in computer science; experience with web technologies.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL V4.
- Fluent in English; German/French is a plus.

Your Impact
- You create individual dashboards and reports on requests.
- You assure the data quality of the CMDB (configuration items etc.).
- You implement workflows and service requests (scripting).
- You are responsible for the testing and documentation of your work and for the maintenance and expansion of the product catalogue.
- You conduct end-user training if required.
- You support in the elaboration of the specific Swiss requirements towards the PwC global SNOW instance.
Your Skill Set
- You have a degree in computer science (EFZ, Bachelor or similar)
- You have a bit of experience in:
- a) web technologies (JavaScript, XML, DHTML etc.)
- b) in working with the ServiceNow platform
- c) in programming / scripting in the SNOW modules related to ITSM
- d) in creating / configuring forms, reports, lists, workflows, notifications etc. in ServiceNow.
