For our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d).
General Information:
- Location: Geneva
- Duration: 7 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Workload: 100%
Your Responsibilities:
- Order and Project Management
- Financial and Billing Administration
- Operational and Sales Support
- Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and update SAP (SD module) data
- Prepare and share transport documentation for daily deliveries
- Follow up on Non-Recurrent Costs (NRC) invoicing for engineering, testing, etc.
- Create and send invoices for delivered transformers, ensuring correct incoterms
- Manage overdue invoices and follow up on payments
- Update Salesforce with quotes and opportunity closures for the sales team
- Support sales orders creation and maintain delivery/invoicing address in the MDG database
- Handle credit notes, B&H agreements, and monthly storage invoicing
- Archive invoices, credit notes, and related documents in SharePoint
- Update Salesforce for the sales team, including quote creation and technical data entry, conduct monthly opportunity closures in Salesforce
- Manage CIT follow-up, ensuring timely reminders to internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Mid-level experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally in an industrial setting (other sectors also considered)
- Mandatory experience with SAP (SD module); experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong Excel and Office Suite skills
- Bilingual in French and English (German is a plus)
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
