Revenue Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy, Budgeting & Target Setting: Collaboration with Executives and FP&A team on budgeting/resourcing, territory definition & management and budgeting/forecasting of topline bookings, ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and other KPIs
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and optimize key metrics related to pipeline, retention, ARR and other KPIs
- Commission plan design & quota setting together with CFO & Sales Controlling Team
- Optimize revenue-generating systems, processes, and tools across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams in alignment with Business Applications and other Finance Teams.
- Lead or participate in projects related to process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity or system integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role – preferably in Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proven experience managing projects and implementing revenue optimization initiatives.
