Human Resources Intern (Geneva - Switzerland)
The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to meaningful HR projects.
As an HR intern, you will be under the supervision of the Senior HR Director.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Onboarding: Support the employee onboarding process, including the preparation and enhancement of digital onboarding, to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Help maintain and update employee records and assist with HR-related documentation in compliance with internal procedures
- Assist with filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents
- Training and Development: Contribute to implementing training sessions and workshops for employees in close partnership with FIA University and with eLearning providers
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist with the implementation of action plans from last year and prepare for 2025 employee surveys
- Contribute to and propose new ideas for employee engagement initiatives
- HR Projects: Support the HR team with various ongoing projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and ensuring timely follow-up
- HR Communication: Assist in drafting and distributing internal HR communications, including announcements, intranet content, newsletters, organizational charts
PROFILE:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Any prior experience in Human Resources would be considered a plus
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
OUR OFFER:
We provide a supportive and flexible working environment, including:
- Up to 2 days of remote work per week
- Monthly internship compensation of CHF 2000
- Meal allowance of CHF 230/month
- Free parking or reimbursement of Geneva public transportation costs
