Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an HR Data & Systems Analyst to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.

The HR Data & Systems Analyst will assist in day-to-day tasks such as system monitoring, data integrity checks, and routine system maintenance while also providing support during system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and other HRIS-related projects.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Experience working with HR systems or databases, including data entry and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
• Experience coordinating or assisting with system rollouts or updates.
• Exposure to user training or onboarding processes
• An excellent knowledge of English
