As a Key Account Manager, you will drive proactive acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers, while also identifying and securing new clients and projects within your assigned segment. You will play a crucial role in positioning the Sunrise B2B portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Tasks:
- Proactive acquisition / up-/cross-selling to existing customers
- Recording of customer needs and requirements (qualification of leads) and deployment of a bid team
- Conducting negotiations with potential customers up to the conclusion of the contract (negotiator)
- Responsible for the accuracy and quality of account plans and forecasts
- Coordination of all customer contacts and quality and ownership of customer data (CRM tool)
- Financial overview/control in cooperation with controlling
- Target/budget responsibility for customers/prospects
Requirements:
- Technical and business education/advanced training
- Sales professional (Hunter & Farmer) for complex solutions
- 5+ years of experience in the ICT sector (carrier & integration)
- Proof of experience: New Business, Key Account Management
- Customer segment: Business Customer
- Italian, English (German is a plus)
