We are seeking a EMEA Payroll Analyst with experience in a similar payroll role, particularly with outsourced payroll providers. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with external parties and internal team members at all levels.
Our client is an international company based in Geneva center.
Missions
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all payrolls.
- Organize and structure payroll data processing.
- Manage payroll deadlines and monthly tasks efficiently.
- Handle all post-payroll activities.
- Address payroll queries and resolve or escalate them as needed.
- Keep payroll procedures up to date and develop new procedures when required.
- Support payroll and HR Operations-related project activities.
- Assist with reporting and audit queries.
- Maintain payroll security and confidentiality.
- Foster strong cross-functional team relationships.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance across all countries.
- Identify and implement system and process improvements to ensure seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
