Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key new product leveraging data and AI to help our customers make better decisions.
Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:
- Research the market and interview customers to find the best opportunities for Nexthink.
- Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customers’ problems.
- Work with the product designer to ensure that the solutions are usable, and with the engineers to ensure they are feasible.
- Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services and Management.
- Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively.
- Attend the usual Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, trainings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally with a B2B product.
- Proven ability to successfully launch a new product from scratch, including initial market research and positioning.
- Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.
- Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science or data modeling.
- Knowledge about how HR works in enterprise-size companies and common challenges faced by HR teams.
- Experience with using or building HR products.
