- Du steuerst die Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesamtprojektleiter
- Dabei stellst du den Informationsfluss sicher
- Das Pendenzen- & Dokumentenmanagement wird von dir geführt
- Du unterstützt beim Projekt-, Termincontrolling und Vertragswesen
- Du koordinierst die Ressourcenplanung, das Baukostenmanagement und das Sitzungswesen
- Du protokollierst Sitzungen und pflegst das Pendenzenmanagement
Das bringst du mit.
- Du hast eine berufliche Grundbildung in der Baubranche und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise mit einer abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung z.B im Projektmanagement
- Als Organisationstalent arbeitest du strukturiert, gewissenhaft und bezeichnest dich als absoluten Teamplayer
- Die Digitalisierung und neue Arbeitsmethoden bereiten dir Freude
- Der Infrastrukturbau mit der Gebäudetechnik-Planung interessiert dich
