The Position
Biostatistician (Full Time)

The opportunity:

You will support and/or lead statistical and analytical activities and teams at a clinical trial study level, including end-to-end activities relating to the trial design, data analysis, and interpretation. Key deliverables include protocol, randomization, data monitoring charter, analysis plan, and data analysis to accelerate and deliver patient benefits faster.

You will be accountable for the statistical integrity, adequacy, and accuracy of deliverables on these projects with your Project Lead Statistician.

You will contribute to cross-functional working groups, such as with Clinical Science, Safety Science and Regulatory partner, as well as initiatives with a focus on statistical and analytical methods and tools.

You will support data-driven decision-making and use statistical and analytical methodologies and tools to help the organization solve complex problems.

You will contribute to study publications and presentations, and provide analytical support for exploratory activities such as personalized healthcare biomarker development.

You will continuously review opportunities to simplify, innovate, and create efficiencies within your scope of work.
Who you are:

You have a PhD in Statistics demonstrating solid knowledge of theoretical and applied Statistics.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, with interpersonal abilities to contribute effectively in cross-functional team settings and to build strong collaborative and respectful relationships.

You are an outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences and influence others without authority.

You have strong problem-solving capabilities and can seek help when needed.

You demonstrate evident project management skills.

You are proficient in statistical software packages, such as R. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, international regulations, guidelines and their application, and all other applicable compliance standards is a plus.
