As a Mid Office Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and initiatives that shape our Deal Life Cycle systems and tools. Join Axpo Solutions to bridge business needs and technical solutions in an impactful, collaborative environment.

What you will do:

• Lead international Deal Life Cycle (DLC) projects from planning through to implementation




• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage internal and external resources




• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders




• Develop and manage project plans including risk assessments and resource allocation




• Ensure up-to-date and comprehensive project documentation and reporting




• Act as the key communication bridge across business stakeholders, IT, and management

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in STEM, Economics, or Business Administration; post-grad training in project or product management is a plus




• 5+ years of project management or product ownership experience in finance, banking, or energy sectors




• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; confident using tools like Jira or Confluence




• Solid understanding of technology concepts and software development methodologies




• A team-oriented communicator with a structured, analytical mindset




• Motivated to innovate and comfortable driving change




• Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus
