AliveDx is seeking a Production Engineer to join our Manufacturing Function based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a full-time and permanent position.
YOUR MISSION
As Production Engineer, you will lead engineering efforts to enhance the MosaiQTM Manufacturing Systems and support process improvements. Your role is crucial in ensuring that manufacturing equipment operates efficiently, minimizing disruptions to production
As part of this team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Lead initiatives to improve equipment and processes using the Deming Cycle, ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and quality.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Analyse and resolve production issues, manage quality records (CAPAs, NCs, CCs), and maintain compliance with all regulations and SOPs.
- Drive Technological Advancements: Stay ahead of industry trends to implement the latest automation technologies, enhancing our manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead and Collaborate on Projects: Manage projects that expand production capacity and integrate new processes, from conceptualization to validation and implementation.
- Develop and Train: Engage in continuous personal and professional development, while also contributing to team growth and performance.
- Computer System Validation (CSV) and Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure the validation of manufacturing computer systems and software in accordance with GMP and relevant regulatory standards. Develop validation protocols and ensure that systems are operating within required specifications to maintain the integrity and quality of products.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Master/EPF/HES degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably with advanced automation.
- Proficient in using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.Ability to handle high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French is highly desirable.
