Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
Role description:
Drive all activities related to the Customer workflow tool implementation during all phases of the TranSCend program: from business design & build to execution, test and deployment.
Lead the Customer Workflow Team. Collaborate with business partner in IT, the development teams and functional SME's from gathering business requirements and translating them into system requirements, through testing until go live and hyper-care.

Own the Customer Workflow Team. Collaborate with business partners in IT, development teams and functional SME's to capture business requirements and translate them into system requirements, through testing until go live and hyper-care.
- Create and lead all aspects of the Project plan that aligns with the overall project timelines. Identify risks and support mitigations to assure a flawless implementation.
- Provide Master Data Workflow Process Lead with regular updates on Customer Workflow related tasks progress.
- Support and perform testing, including BST (Business Simulation Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing, Security Role Testing, Integration Testing, etc.
- Support the creation of program documentation like Business Process Flow Diagrams, KDD’s, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Data Migration Rules.
Shape the design and architecture of Customer Master Workflows, assuring alignment to the TranSCend program and the newest standards of the Master Data Governance team.
- Drive workshops with Master Data DPOs and Functional Team members, to map user requirements.
- Translate the user requirements into customer MDG Workflows, to support Functional Design
Assure a seamless end-user experience, by creation of training materials and training delivery. Support the Operational Data Teams during hyper-care.
- Support the preparation of the system deployment and hyper-care, including documentation requirements.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to improve efficiency and accuracy.
