Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing document change and archive processes in Vantive’s System of Record (SoR) for a global audience. Assist in providing training on documentation processes and systems. Participate on project teams as needed.
What you'll be doing:

Responsible for processing new or revised items, QMS documents, records, GMP/GLP Manufacturing documents and training materials in Vantive’s SoR.

Acts as Item owner/Initiator by creating items, datasets, forms and initiating workflows.

Acts as Change Specialist who performs final checks, releasing items, and setting effectivity.

Acts as an Archivist by verifying archival readiness of records and archiving in a secure location or electronically in Vantive’s SoR.

Controls, protects, and retains records per defined retention times.

Ensure records are inventoried and readily accessible.

Destroys records following retention periods in a manner to protect Baxter’s proprietary information.

Aids in the execution of user acceptance testing.

Supports internal and external audit activities.

Collaborates and communicates with global customers.
What you'll bring:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent with 5 or more years of documentation experience.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Proficient in document change control and archive processes
-
Skilled in Desktop publishing, Graphics/Illustrations software and document editing (e.g. Word) software applications
-
Skilled in SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft 365, MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel) and PowerBI
-
Knowledge of product data/document configuration management
-
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to plan and implement resolutions to technical problems
-
Good interpersonal and communication
-
Knowledge of QMS, GDPs, cGMPs and GLPs
-
Ability to work in a team setting and as an independent contributor

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
