The PMO Interim 50% role is a pivotal position in our client's organization, tasked with managing and improving project management processes in the Life Science industry, with a special focus on vaccine launch, tech transfer, and Supply Chain optimization.

Missions
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans in the Life Science sector, with a focus on vaccine launch, tech transfer, and Supply Chain optimization.
- Coordinate with different teams across the organization, including Procurement & Supply Chain.
- Report project progress to the director and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and regulations.
- Manage project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Manage resources to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication across the project team and other functional areas.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials and services.
- Optimize Supply Chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Profil du candidat
- Relevant academic qualifications in Supply Chain and Life Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in English and French languages.
- Experience in managing vaccine-related projects and Supply Chain processes.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Demonstrable experience in risk management.
- Highly developed communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management.
