Short Term Planning Engineer (100%, all genders)
For the demanding and versatile role of Short-Term Planning Engineer, we are seeking a flexible and committed employee. Among their responsibilities are the planning of maintenance, repair work, and component changes on aircraft within the Swiss Int. Air Lines and Edelweiss Air fleets.

- Planning all routine and non-routine work in the Maintenance Forecast according to deadlines.
- Compiling and verifying work packages for feasibility, aligning the tasks with available capacities and resources.
- Coordinating planned aircraft availability to ensure timely execution in collaboration with Operations.
- Handover, initiation, and retrieval of production work packages while ensuring the re-planning of unfinished tasks.
- Monitoring remaining flight hours or movements for prescribed checks from the maintenance program.
- Inputting relevant data into AMOS.
- Assisting in projects to enhance processes within the department and with relevant interfaces.

- Technical basic training.
- Several years of practical experience in flight operations (maintenance, overhaul).
- Planning experience in aircraft maintenance (production planning, disposition) is advantageous.
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills: MS-Office, AMOS (preferred).
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late, 365 days).
