Join our new highly integrated team to leverage the done work and bring Workday and the HR Community to a next level of lean professionalism.
Tasks:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workday core HCM, security and (advanced) compensation areas and beyond
- Manage Workday system enhancements, updates, and releases, collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing needs and ensuring that the most critical items are delivered first
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure Workday meets the organization's evolving needs
- Facilitate communication between technical teams (developers, testers, etc.) and business
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within Workday and surrounding systems, ensuring efficient workflows and maximizing ROI
- Leverage Workday's reporting and analytics capabilities to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Provide support and guidance to end-users, ensuring they are trained on new features and functionalities within Workday
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues or challenges faced by users
- Stay up to date with new Workday features and industry best practices to ensure the system is continuously evolving to meet business needs
- Lead or participate in periodic reviews to assess Workday's performance and ensure it is aligned with business requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ year experience in Workday environment, with focus of core HCM, security and advanced compensation; any additional functional area is a plus
- Strong functional background in HCM systems
- Workday report writing skills preferred
- Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and architecture
- Experience in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs and urgency
- Strong will to learn and deep-dive into unknown knowledge
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
