We are on the lookout for an IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
As IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist, you will work as a part of the IT Infrastructure team, supporting the delivery of Digital Workplace Infrastructure within MSC Cruises with a special focus on new buildings/Terminal projects.
•Maintaining and upgrading MSC Cruises Remote Offices IT Infrastructure
•Monitoring systems’ performance and troubleshooting issues
•Responsible for designing, documenting, testing, and maintaining the global Microsoft Endpoint (Intune + SCCM) infrastructure.
•Contributing to the development and continued maintenance of internal processes in line with operational and business requirements
•Providing support for Office 365 environment, OneDrive, and SharePoint/Teams on Windows, Macs, and mobile devices.
•Developing technical documentation (build, testing, checklists, etc.) for new versions/releases, patches, and OS configurations
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential issues affecting the Digital Workplace Infrastructure
•Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is an advantage
•A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations and related areas
•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, Windows Server
•Knowledge and experience of Azure Cloud solution
•Knowledge of virtualization solutions (VMWare, Azure VDI)
•Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Dynatrace, PRTG
•Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to deliver with stretched deadlines
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
•A proactive and results-driven approach to work
•A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
•Right to work in Italy
