Your daily work

• You will operate our customers' PostgreSQL database environments remotely from our branch office.
• Your tasks will include database operation, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as backup & recovery.
• You will design and implement automation solutions for database operation and actively support migration projects.

Who you are

• You have a sound IT education and at least 1 year of experience as a PostgreSQL database administrator.
• Ideally, you have some experience with engineered systems or database appliances.
• You are generally interested in open-source database systems (MySQL, MariaDB)
• You also have good communication skills and are characterized by your independence and customer orientation as well as your willingness to learn.
