In short
Welcome to On! One of the world’s fastest-growing premium sportswear brands.
At On, we’re redefining the future of sportswear and our team and business are rapidly expanding around the globe. In this role as Executive Assistant, your mission is two-fold: You will empower, enable and turbocharge the EMEA Management Team and also regularly find yourself supporting the region in various strategic projects around internal communications and events planning and enablement. Therefore, collaboration not only with the EMEA Management, their respective functional teams but also global teams such as internal communications and events is key to your success.
Your Mission
- You work to make our EMEA Management team (excluding the General Manager EMEA) effective and efficient: you prioritise, anticipate and solve problems.
- You will support a diverse range of tasks starting at calendar- and inbox management and ending at strategic offsite support for EMEA functions (e.g. location booking and logistics, collaborating with teams to draft agendas and quietly implementing a no-frills systematic approach)
- In parallel, you shape and enable cultural moments like regional town halls, orchestrate regional contributions during global events and support in driving other strategic announcements and executive communications.
- You are a vital driver of our EMEA internal communication, enabling information to move freely across the region.
- You assist in tasks of the day-to-day work, including prioritisation, time management, handling ad-hoc projects and steady optimisation of systems and processes for effective collaboration of the EMEA management team.
