Your Mission:
As part of a strategic initiative, you will join a team focused on developing and maintaining data solutions, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing critical infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, refactor, and maintain data solutions, including data interfaces, C# integrations (ETL, SSIS), reporting solutions (Power BI, SSRS), and the data warehouse.
• Manage enterprise reporting platforms, providing maintenance, user support, and development of new reports.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Implement DevOps practices for development, testing, and migrating code to production.
• Document system changes and process flows clearly.

Your Profile:
You are passionate about data management and reporting and thrive in a dynamic environment. You have:

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance optimization, data warehouse design, T-SQL programming, SSIS, and relational databases.
• Experience in Power BI and SSRS for report development and design.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recent IT experience focused on Microsoft development technologies.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing, continuous integration, and pipeline deployment.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehouse architecture.
• Microsoft Azure, .NET, or SQL Server certifications.
• Python development skills.
• Knowledge of commodity trading and finance.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Familiarity with trading business processes, software, and data models.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, SSIS (or similar ETL tools), and best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Ability to create and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting platforms.
• Competence in at least one programming language (e.g., C# or Python) for data manipulation and scripting.
• Experience using Excel or similar tools for data exploration, basic statistics, and data cleansing.
• Understanding of data security practices, access controls, and regulatory compliance.
