As a Securities Master File Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial instruments within the bank's Centralized Instrument Database (CID). Your role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of securities data, supporting various business units including Private Banking, Asset Management, and Treasury & Trading.

Description
Key Responsibilities

Opening and updating financial instruments in the bank's Centralized Instrument Database (CID).

Handling requests from business units for the creation of new instruments.

Conducting analysis and research on additional information such as prospectuses, offering documents, and term sheets.

Processing instrument openings manually or through automated provider feeds (e.g., Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters).

Entering and verifying additional instrument details to ensure data completeness.

Updating prices and NAVs either manually or via automatic provider feeds.

Performing regular data quality controls to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Profile
Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of financial instruments and global markets.

Experience with data providers such as Telekurs, Bloomberg, and Reuters.

Background in banking, fiduciary, or economics.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, VBA) and banking software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
