JOB PURPOSE
General
- Coordinates to develop site yearly strategy & cascade it down to all the layers of organization.
- X matrix (Hoshin Kanri ) - create, maintain, track
- Tactical improvement plan for the strategic roadmaps - co-create - maintain - track – measure
- Map & Drive process improvement. Hands on experience of Process mapping tools, DMAIC, SIPOC, RACI, PDCA etc
- Ensure optimization of industrial performance:
- Manage the follow-up of the score card / monthly report and performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination of action plans regarding major deviations on OEE, Cash flow, Plant Cycle Time, Yields, Productivity …
- Ensure that appropriate performance follow-up tools are implemented and consolidated in reference to corporate standards or to site requirements.
- Be the window person for shopfloor performance initiatives.
- Ensure sustenance of established lean operating standards & their process confirmation (Eg, +QDCI, DCM, SIC etc)
- Ensure the follow-up of the performance results
- Coach and support the Performance Leaders and Team Members.
- Support/ Initiate Gemba Kaizen workshops & trainings
- Lean tool implementation (SMED, GPS, 5S, VSM, VSD, POKA YOKE etc)
- Carryout lean basic & advance trainings for different layers of the organization
- Propose & support initiatives to implement successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flows.
- Make proposals to implement the best practices at site level.
- Knowledge of data analytics & tools like Power BI
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Improve processes, coordinate and drive initiatives to develop, implement and sustain cost reduction
improvement, in reference to Zentiva Quality and HSE standards.
Analyse organizational fit and impulse innovative organizational changes at Site level for production and Support
Departments. Propose evolutions to reach the best transversal processes across the site.
Make sure that appropriate performance follow-up tools are implemented and consolidated in reference to
corporate standards or to site requirements.
Manage the follow-up of the score card / monthly report and performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination
of action plans regarding major deviations on OEE, Productivity, Plant Cycle Time, Yields…
Analyze and challenge all investment projects as far as performance analysis is concerned.
Be the window person with Central Functions on performance projects.ae Lean & Performance Manager
Lean Programs:
Coordinate the means and resources requirement for the optimization of the site performance.
Promote Global IA Lean Program at all site levels.
Cascade locally IA Lean Program based on the plants challenges and priorities (workshops, training …).
Lead the Lean Management Committee.
Ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adapt action plans accordingly.
Coach and support the Performance Leaders and Team Members.
Play an active role in the inter-site lean network.
Methods:
Manage the standards validations based on the yearly production database in collaboration with Controlling.
Manage the standardization processes (e.g. blisters, boxes, leaflets,…), based on technical data.
Analyze discrepancies between standards and actuals and suggest appropriate action plans and follow-up
database in collaboration with Controlling.
Benchmarking
Build a network internally and externally to organize benchmark studies related to the best practices in our industry
or close to our industry.
Make proposals to implement the best practices at site level.
Participate actively to the Company benchmark studies (e.g. Rainbow, Pobos, …..)
Performance Mindset
Promote a performance mindset at all site levels through Lean events, standardization and simplification initiatives,
collaborators priorities setting up and review, recognition system, learning organization…
Strategy Implementation
Help in the site strategy definition – Bottom up relay of information to help the top management decision making
Implement the strategy by activating the Lean & Performance site network
Education/Experience
Chemist, Pharmacist, Engineer or Business School graduate/ Post Graduate.
Having similar experience for 7 to 10 years.
