Job Description

Managing and executing various client services related projects;
-
Responsible for preparing corporate documents and presentations in close collaboration with presentations specialists and product specialists;

Administrative support to the CSLM team members, such as agenda management, managing of team mailbox, prioritizing requests, and preparing documents.
Requirements
- Swiss KV degree;
- Min. 5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably in the financial industry;
- Excellent verbal and written language skills both in English and German, any other European language is beneficial;
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel;
- High level of initiative and customer-orientation;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities;
- Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
