Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams der Informatik suchen wir per 1. August 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung einen ICT-Supporter 80 - 100% (m/w).
Ihre Aufgaben
Gewährleistung des First- und Second-Level-Supports in Hard- und Softwarebelangen
Entgegennehmen, analysieren, lösen und dokumentieren von Supportanfragen
Aufsetzen und Inbetriebnahme neuer Hardware sowie Sicherstellung der Benutzerverwaltung
Mitarbeit in ICT-Projekten
Erstellen und Nachführen der Systemdokumentation und Inventar
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als ICT-Supporter/in oder Informatiker/in EFZ sowie entsprechende Erfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Produkten (Windows OS, Office, Active Directory etc.)
Ein hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Auftreten
Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig und effektiv zu arbeiten
