Moonwork is recruiting a CEO for an innovative startup created by a prominent startup studio, known for building high-growth technology companies that address critical needs in Switzerland. This is a high-risk, high-reward leadership role where the CEO will scale an existing cyber insurance business. The company provides technology-driven coverage solutions designed specifically for SMBs, offering protection against evolving cyber threats through risk mitigation, insurance, and incident response. The goal is to achieve an enterprise valuation of CHF 40M+ within the next 5 years.

Love for tech: comfortable working with developers, designers, VCs, and product mockups.
Required skills :

Proven experience in leading technology companies through a start-up phase, ideally with a track record of creating short-term value while owning long-term strategic direction.

Strong team management skills to align employees toward common goals.

Grit and perseverance: willing to get hands-on with product design, prototyping, running marketing campaigns, analyzing data, performing financial tasks, recruiting, and pitching to investors.

Eagerness to succeed, curiosity, and an ability to connect the dots.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, convincing stakeholders, clients, team members, and investors.

Experience in commercial insurance coverage is a must, with a plus for tech product management experience.
Fluency in French & English or German is required
