The HR Data & Systems Analyst ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform to support HR Operations and business needs. This role involves system monitoring, data integrity checks, routine maintenance, and assisting with upgrades, new features, and HRIS-related projects while collaborating with stakeholders.

Description
HRIS Maintenance and Support:
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor performance, address inefficiencies, and assist with troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
Data Management and Integrity:
- Conduct regular audits, validations, and cleanup to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies while resolving discrepancies with team members.
System Optimization and Configuration:
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot issues before deployment.
- Support the implementation of new features, updates, and enhancements to improve HR processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for HRIS-related queries, working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide user training, guides, and resources to enhance system utilization.
- Communicate system updates, changes, or issues clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
Profile
Essential:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Experience working with HR systems or databases, including data entry and maintenance
- Prior experience creating or assisting with documentation and communication materials
Desirable:
- Experience specifically supporting HR departments.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Experience coordinating or assisting with system rollouts or updates.
- Exposure to user training or onboarding processes
