We are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented marketer to lead our Technology & Transformation (T&T) marketing strategy and execution. The individual will be accountable for creating and executing ROI driven marketing activities using the full marketing suite and will engage with stakeholders across the business unit in order to deliver impactful experiences for our clients.
The role involves providing strategic and tactical marketing advice, as well as designing and driving the delivery of campaigns. The position is based in our Zurich headquarters.
How you can make an impact
- In conjunction with the business leadership, develop and execute a marketing strategy providing strategic advice, ensuring strong alignment with the business objectives and a ROI driven approach.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of topics that are trending among clients to inform marketing content creation.
- Deliver the approved marketing plan, providing compelling and innovative experiences for our clients. This includes but is not limited to: Managing sponsorships of third-party events, producing content for our digital communication channels, coordinating on-and offline marketing programmes for defined communities of clients, creating impactful client-facing material. (Campaigns topic can cover for example: digital transformation, women in cyber, Marketing trends for CMOs, Future of HR function).
- Review the outcomes of each campaign or asset, reporting impact and return on investment. Combine this impact analysis with competitor’s activity review and client feedback to make better-informed recommendations for a successful differentiated marketing.
- As a team lead of 2, agree treatment for priority areas within T&T, apportioning budget and resource accordingly.
- Liaise with global and European marketing counterparts to share knowledge, best practices and to leverage marketing assets.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or economics, with a focus on marketing.
- 5-8 years of marketing experience (professional services preferred), with a proven track record in creating and executing campaigns across all marketing channels and targeting a senior business audience.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive projects forward independently
- Working experience with Salesforce, Marketo or other content management systems and marketing automation tools an asset.
- Fluency in English and German
