Join our team in Geneva and be a key player in a transformative ERP project! Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a skilled ERP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to optimize and manage critical OTC processes for our valued client.
Your Mission: You'll be instrumental in implementing a new ERP solution that empowers Corporate Services to streamline operations, enhance fiduciary responsibilities, and deliver significant business value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and design efficient business processes related to order management, pricing, billing, and customer service.
- ERP Configuration Expertise: Configure the ERP system to precisely meet business requirements, specializing in order management, pricing, and billing modules.
- Seamless Module Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the OTC module and essential ERP modules like finance, inventory, and procurement.
- Rigorous Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit, system, integration, and regression testing to guarantee the system's performance and alignment with business needs.
- Problem Solving & Technical Support: Identify and resolve OTC process-related issues, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting.
- Documentation & User Training: Create detailed documentation and deliver effective training to end-users on OTC processes and system functionalities.
- Project Progress Reporting: Actively participate in project review meetings and provide clear and concise progress reports.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of proven experience in ERP implementation, specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems, with strong knowledge of modules related to order management, pricing, and billing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and deliver engaging training.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Location: On-site in Geneva.
