We are looking for an HR Career Partner who will work closely with the Heads of school and Heads of departments of assigned campuses (Bouveret & Brig) on daily and strategic HR business decisions. In a dynamic context, your main responsibilities will be to :
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to Line Managers on all questions related to staff, application of internal HR procedures and labor law.
- Ensure follow up of employee performance issues: preparation for and support in sensitive meetings, warnings, dismissals and resignations.
- Work closely with school and departmental management on day-to-day and strategic HR issues.
- Ensure regular presence at assigned campuses (Bouveret & Brig) and follow up on HR related staff issues and questions.
- Recruitment: support the School & Department Management in identifying and attracting high potential employees who meet the requirements of the position: shortlisting, HR interviews, coordinating line manager interviews, contacting and confirming candidates.
- Update HR databases and statistics, ensure documentation is up to date
- Participate in various HR projects
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Min 4-5 y of experience in HR
- Excellent people management skills and able to adapt to different personalities and professional styles
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Adaptable in their day to day work
- C1 in english and french
