For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead their HRIS transformation program. This is a unique opportunity to drive a strategic initiative, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of a modern HR information system.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business needs.
Project Execution and Management
- Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance and strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within time and budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Vendor and Resource Management
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners involved in the HRIS transformation.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet project requirements, balancing internal and external capabilities.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the HRIS transformation program adheres to quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and evaluations.
Change Management
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive successful adoption of the new HRIS system.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in managing HRIS transformation projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a project team.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, software, and emerging technology trends.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.
Education & Languages
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- English: Fluent
- French: Advanced
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract from March 1st to December 31st.
