What you move

• With your knowledge and experience, you constantly develop and optimize our production
• You are the driver for CIP improvements, yield optimization and throughput increases
• You have the technical responsibility for the MEMS processing of a part of the product portfolio
• You are a central interface within MEMS Operations and in all related areas

• Working on the heart of our products (CMOSens® chip) in a highly motivated team
• Technically demanding challenges in high-volume semiconductor production
• A dynamic working environment with a high level of personal responsibility
• Collaboration with stakeholders from various areas of the company, especially R&D

What you bring along

• Degree in microsystems technology, physics, electrical engineering or materials science
• Sound understanding of production topics, manufacturing and business processes (MES, ERP, database)
• Team player with great self-motivation, very good communication and management skills
• Professional experience in a production-related environment, experience in the semiconductor industry
