As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of technology-driven projects for our international clients—primarily in the airport sector. You'll manage multiple projects at the same time, working closely with airports, internal teams, and external partners to bring everything together.

Your main goal? Making sure our intelligent sensor solutions are seamlessly integrated into airport environments, providing airports with accurate passenger flow data, real-time insights, and the tools to make data-driven decisions. By ensuring a precise system setup and working closely with project teams, you’ll help airports better understand passenger movements, identify bottlenecks, and take action to improve efficiency and traveler experience at key touchpoints.

What you can Expect:

• Independent (partial) project management for medium to large projects in the international airport sector
• Coordination of technical project content and involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Conducting status and project meetings as well as user training sessions for airport operators and their IT teams
• Technical implementation and system configuration (Windows Server, SQL, API integrations)
• Ensuring the quality of system implementations by reviewing and optimizing configurations, including API integrations, IdP solutions, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• International travel to airports worldwide to support project and installation phases
• Planning and validating sensor positions on-site: Ensuring optimal placement for accurate data collection and system performance
• Quality assurance and documentation for future improvements

What you offer:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical education with relevant work experience
• IPMA Level C or B certification is mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Knowledge of IT environments, API integrations, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban)
• Willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence, ideally with experience in the international airport or mobility sector
• Strong spatial awareness for planning, evaluating, and validating sensor placement in airport environment
• Excellent English skills (B2-C1 level); French or/and German skills are a huge plus
