Purpose of Position
The Global Project Specialist plays a crucial role in bringing dynamic emerging market insights in particular APAC in strategic and tactical Group HQ projects.This role will focus on identifying and analyzing key trends, driving digital
initiatives, and facilitating key projects to enhance the company's strategic positioning and commercial success in those markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate assigned projects related to emerging market expansion and digital transformation.
- Special focus region is APAC.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- Project Specialist in Digital Transformation:
- Evaluate and benchmark digital marketing strategies and best practices in emerging markets with a key focus on APAC.
- Identify and recommend innovative digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness in the region.
- Support the implementation of pilot projects and new digital initiatives in the region.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Innovation scouting in emerging markets to bring best in class innovations to the rest of the Straumann Group.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange between headquarters and the region.
- Market Insights:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging dental markets, including competitive landscape, customer behavior, and emerging trends. Key focus is APAC.
- Develop a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and specific needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential challenges for Straumann Group.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to the GMCE team on key market insights and developments.
- Act as a subject matter expert on emerging markets, providing insights and guidance to the GMCE team.
- EDGE!UP Digital Transformation Support:
- Organize and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and EDGE!UP activities.
- Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and disseminate regular project updates, progress reports, and presentations.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
