Why We Are Recruiting
Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Specialist, Product Portfolio and Growth to support strategic projects and operational initiatives across our product portfolio. In this role, you will assist in strengthening our products, particularly those that help us reach new segments and partnerships that engage business constituents. The successful candidate will contribute to internal change by providing coordination, communication, and planning support, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive progress.
Reporting Lines and Interactions
This position reports to the Head of Strategy and Transformation and involves close collaboration with teams across all ten Centres, as well as key delivery partners including Business Engagement, Global Programming and Global Communications teams. The role is based at our Geneva headquarters.
Main Responsibilities

Coordination and continuous improvement: Coordinate activities across the team and with cross-functional teams. Support strategic change management and continuous improvement.

Communication: Facilitate communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and timelines. Draft clear and concise communications, and develop presentations to support product-related initiatives.

Project and operational support: Provide support to projects that strengthen the Forum’s product portfolio. Contribute to project plans by drafting and tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and keeping the team aligned and on track with project progress.

Research and insights: Conduct internal and external research as needed, providing insights that inform project decisions. Present findings in a clear, structured format for use in meetings and planning sessions.
Requirements and Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2–5 years of experience in product management, project coordination, strategy or operational support.

Proactive, organized, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Demonstrated interest in change management and continuous improvement.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear communications and presentations in English for stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
