Sales Promotions Program Manager

Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.
Are you an innovative, strategic and business-savvy leader, with master project management skills, looking to join a team at the forefront of travel?
We are looking for a goal driven, highly-motivated, passionate self-starter to lead the execution of Expedia Cruises’ exclusive sales promotions. This individual will play a critical role in bringing internal and external teams together to plan, develop and execute on sales promotions across our 250+ stores across North America.
In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and unify departments around sales promotions
- Create, manage and execute project plans to execute on sales promotions to drive marketing and sales revenue
- Act as the subject matter expert on executing successful sales promotions for Franchisees and Vacation Consultants
- Communicate the top promotions opportunities to Franchisees & Vacation Consultants
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply & Coaching teams to execute on promotions
- Review & analyze data & results to identify trends, create post-promotion reports and improve program effectiveness.
- Train Franchisees & Consultants on executing successful promotions through various communication & learning platforms throughout the year (in-person conferences, virtual calls, webinars, etc.)
- Keep documentation on executing successful promotions up-to-date
- Collect and communicate best practices around promotion execution
- Support the development of the full year’s promotions plan

- Ability to travel when needed (including travel outside of the US and Canada)
- Effective in both home-based and onsite office settings, with the ability to split time equally between both.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales or equivalent
- A minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or communications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
The total cash range for this position in Vancouver is $71,500.00 to $100,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $114,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
