How you’ll make an impact

Managing overall manufacturing operations, including staff and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process

Leading and champion a zero-accident/ safety first culture, ensuring full compliance with all HSE regulations and fostering a safe and environmentally responsible work environment (license to operate)

Ensuring achievement of operational targets, including operating cash flow, project delivery (on-time and within budget), Customer on-time delivery (COTD), and cost reduction

Monitoring and controlling the factory's financial budget and ensuring financial targets are met without compromising quality or safety standards

Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and effective production, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Lead and manage the operation teams and processes

Exploring and integrating new technologies and innovations to enhance production capabilities and meet evolving industry demands. Encourage a forward-thinking mindset within the team to stay ahead of technological advancements

Establishing robust quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company specifications. Drive quality improvement through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking to continuously improve processes

Driving the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost

Maintaining strong relationships with key customers by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Address customer feedback promptly to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Your background

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field

10 years of experience in manufacturing management

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive engagement, and achieve high performance

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, implementing training and development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth
-
Proficiency in both spoken & written German and English language is required
