Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of HR professionals, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.?

HR Strategy Development: Design and implement effective human resource strategies that support the company's objectives and promote organizational growth.?

Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and develop policies for talent management, including performance evaluations and career development programs.?

Employee Retention: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, addressing issues such as engagement, recognition, and career progression.?

Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and adherence to company policies and procedures.?

Compliance and Legal Affairs: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Swiss labour laws and ensure the organization's HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.?

Leadership Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and guidance on HR-related matters and contributing to overall business strategy.
Profile

Experience: Proven progressive experience in human resources management, with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.?

Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.?

International Exposure: Experience working in international environments, understanding diverse cultures and employment practices.?

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and a good level of French is required.?

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.?

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Swiss labour laws and HR best practices.?

Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
