Senior Lead - Materials Innovation Transition Footwear

We're looking for someone who is dedicated to executing scalable implementation and commercialisation of key products, innovations, and processes. This role will support the innovation and inline teams with the commercial and scalable validation of concepts and then manage the full roll out for mass production by developing, guiding, co-managing, and/or delivering projects in partnership with our innovation, inline and sourcing teams.

Your Mission

• Be a proactive, self starter ready to dive into a fast paced development team.
• Drive execution of key innovation developments through to commercialization.
• Have an understanding of the complexities in the transfer of knowledge between the innovation team, inline product creation teams, sustainability, sourcing functions, design, product strategy, supply chain, T1 partners and T2.
• Leverage a deep understanding of material commercialization.
• Work closely with material inline and innovation teams to drive new constructions and materials to drive new innovations to scale
• Work closely with sourcing team and supply partner development teams to ensure smooth, repeatable and scalable commercialisation
• Collaborate with and influence other leaders, ensuring the innovations land and scale.
• Exhibit exceptional project management abilities, prioritizing and managing multiple priorities.
