For our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d).

General Information:

  • Location: Geneva

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order and Project Management
  • Financial and Billing Administration
  • Operational and Sales Support
  • Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and update SAP (SD module) data
  • Prepare and share transport documentation for daily deliveries
  • Follow up on Non-Recurrent Costs (NRC) invoicing for engineering, testing, etc.
  • Create and send invoices for delivered transformers, ensuring correct incoterms
  • Manage overdue invoices and follow up on payments
  • Update Salesforce with quotes and opportunity closures for the sales team
  • Support sales orders creation and maintain delivery/invoicing address in the MDG database
  • Handle credit notes, B&H agreements, and monthly storage invoicing
  • Archive invoices, credit notes, and related documents in SharePoint
  • Update Salesforce for the sales team, including quote creation and technical data entry, conduct monthly opportunity closures in Salesforce
  • Manage CIT follow-up, ensuring timely reminders to internal stakeholders
 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mid-level experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally in an industrial setting (other sectors also considered)
  • Mandatory experience with SAP (SD module); experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong Excel and Office Suite skills
  • Bilingual in French and English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
