As a Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to four directors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease and professionalism.

This is a temporary position starting ASAP and for 10 months.

Missions

  • Provide administrative support to four directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating team events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Utilize various software and technology tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profil du candidat

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
