- Assisting asset managers in their day-to-day work : transfers, credit cards, debit accounts…
- Handling client queries in an independent manner by phone or chat
- Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Required skills
- Financial or Economic studies
- First experience accepted
- Fluent in English, other languages would be an asset
- Strong customer service ethic
- Good communication skills, teamwork and dynamic
- IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Age: 20-30
