Your Role
As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
On boarding
- Coordination of the on-boarding plan
- Coordinating trainer schedules to ensure efficient onboarding delivery.
- Managing the booking platform and setting up sessions.
- Communicating schedules and updates to frontline managers and directors.
- Delivering Corporate Identity training to new employees.
- Coordinating and organizing welcome sessions with CODIR members.
- Liaising with training partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations.
- Continuous Training – Montreux
- Setting up and coordinating various training programs, including BLS, performance training, material vigilance, hand hygiene, F&B training, and more.
Learning and Development Program
- Overseeing program coordination, including participant registration, date scheduling, and preparation of materials.
- Following up on program processes: sending reminders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely execution.
- Gathering data for dashboard reporting, including training statistics and English learning progress.
- Monitoring training statuses from the Booking platform.
CLP Academy Deployment – International Hubs/Resorts
- Coordinating training programs across international hubs and resorts, including requests, travel organization, follow-ups, and tool creation (e.g., quizzes, request forms).
- Managing international colleagues’ travel and onsite schedules with daily coordination.
- Delivering onboarding sessions (corporate level) for Hubs and resorts teams onsite and online.
- Supporting Welcome Pack preparation, ordering, and shipping.
Administrative Activities – CLP Academy
- Collaborating with content creators for formatting training manuals and ensuring validation with pillar owners.
- Maintaining and filing relevant documents (e.g., DA filing, invoices).
- Managing material selection, creation, and ordering processes.
- Developing online tools, including forms and quizzes, to enhance training delivery.
International HR Support
Assisting the CHRO in all HR administrative and operational activities for resorts (Montreux – Switzerland, Anji – China, Amaala – Saudi Arabia, etc.) and hubs (Spain, Doha, Dubai, etc.) spanning the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Managing applications and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Filing and archiving documents, including contracts, amendments, and certifications.
- Managing employee personal data in compliance with GDPR and Swiss regulations.
- Preparing reports and dashboards (e.g., training progress, headcount, turnover)
- Coordinating performance review schedules for our hubs and resorts
- Supporting managers and employees in using performance tools and templates.
- Tracking completion of evaluations and follow-up actions.
- Supporting the implementation of employee development plans.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees for general HR inquiries.
- Supporting the CHRO in HR initiatives and projects.
- Assisting with system updates and process improvements.
- Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure smooth operations
Your Profile:
Education & Experience:
- CFC as Commercial Employee or equivalent education, HR Assistant Certification is a plus.
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years as HR coordination in an international environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Very good understanding of Swiss Labor laws and regulations
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Languages: Advanced level in English and French mandatory, other languages are an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulousness in handling HR records and documentation.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of HR best practices and procedures
